Trial Guides© has released Portland, Oregon trial attorney David Markowitz’ popular “Mastering the Art of Persuading the Trial Judge” course on DVD and CD. It complements his “Deposition Techniques” DVD and CD that was released in 2010 and has been a top seller for Trial Guides©.

Markowitz, a shareholder in the Markowitz, Herbold, Glade & Mehlhaf firm, frequently lectures nationally on litigation-related topics. He has spent much of his career studying and implementing techniques used by successful trial lawyers across the country and created this course to share what has proven to be effective in trial judge persuasion.
