Markowitz Herbold Ranked Among the Top for Litigation in Oregon

For the 20th consecutive year, Chambers USA Client’s Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business has ranked Markowitz Herbold PC one of the top commercial litigation firms in Oregon, awarding it a “Band 1” placement. The firm is one of only four firms to receive this ranking.

Chambers USA also singled out six attorneys at the firm for individual recognition. Shareholder David Markowitz was one of a small number of lawyers in the U.S., and only two in Oregon, who obtained a “Star Individual” classification for general commercial litigation. According to Chambers USA, the star category is reserved for those individuals who have received exceptional recommendations from their peers and clients.

Shareholders Chad Colton, Kerry Shepherd, and Matt Levin were recognized as “Notable Practitioners” and Laura Salerno Owens was recognized as “Up and Coming” for commercial litigation. Salerno Owens and Kyle Busse were recognized as “Notable Practitioners” for Labor & Employment.
