Allison maintains a robust environmental litigation practice. She represents clients in complex litigation involving pollution, water rights, and regulatory compliance. Her water-related practice encompasses a broad range of issues, including groundwater contamination, water rights, and compliance with state and federal water quality standards. Allison’s attention to detail and enthusiasm for environmental litigation make her a valuable asset in developing strategies that address both legal and environmental concerns.
In addition to her environmental practice, Allison represents clients in general commercial litigation and civil rights matters and advises clients on employment law issues.
Prior to joining Markowitz Herbold, Allison was a litigation associate at McCormick Barstow LLP in Las Vegas. She was also an in-house attorney for both the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
Allison holds a B.A. from the University of Georgia, an M.S. from the University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, James E Rogers College of Law, where she earned a certificate in environmental law.
